Ariel did an amazing job finding an apartment for me! I was moving to NYC for the first time for graduate school at Columbia and only had a few days to find somewhere to live. I had no prior experience apartment hunting in a competitive and fast paced housing market and was not sure how to approach it. Ariel took the time to teach me what to expect and how to prepare before, during and after my visit and subsequent lease signing. He was accommodating to my last minute changes and very patient with my inexperience. Overall, he is gregarious, caring, honest and a very knowledgeable realtor. I highly recommend!

Ariel was fantastic! He showed a genuine interest in finding me an apartment that aligned with what I wanted in a place to live. He spent a lot of time showing me different places but never made me feel obligated to do business with him at any point. His enthusiasm is contagious and his knowledge of the various neighborhoods in Manhattan and surrounding boroughs put me at ease. I had an amazing experience working with Ariel. Within merely one day of working with him, he helped me find an absolutely incredible apartment. After my roommates and I decided that we wanted it, he helped us get all of our documents together, which was not an easy task as my three other roommates live out of state. I don''t think there are enough nice words to describe how awesome Ariel is. Ariel always responded quickly to my inquiry and was able to find me the perfect apartment, in the exact area I was looking for and with all the amenities I wanted to have. Against all odds, they were able to make this dream come true in a very short time. He went above and beyond to help me. They were super available to show me apartments even at 8pm to meet my busy schedule and I really appreciated that they were in touch with me during the whole process. It was a fantastic, stress-free experience and I will be always thankful!

Ariel is hands down the best agent I have worked with in my 7+ years as a renter! He is an example of how all agents should operate, and what business ethics should be used in every agent-client relationship. I felt as if he really wanted to help me, which is a quality you can''t find a lot.. Five stars for Ariel, and would highly recommend him to anybody looking to rent or buy!
