Ben is literally a life-saver! I haven''t look for an apartment for years, even harder coming from a big space and going much smaller. Ben was so gracious, warm, professional, kind, patient, and understanding. As soon as he had an idea of what I was looking for he immediately complied lots of apartments for the two days we went out. He ended up actually making this process fun for me because his attitude was so warm and loving, that he actually made me want to find an apartment. He really knew what he was talking about. He understood the buildings that he was showing me and had personal connections with many of the leasing agents. And he explained everything to me that I didn''t understand. He wrote down everything, collected floor plans, took pictures, send texts, was always on-time meeting me, and his communication was A+. I highly recommend Ben and I will absolutely call him if I am ever looking again.
